Firefox is a great browser to use when working on web development projects. You can find some really useful tools which will save you a whole lot of time, pain and effort.
2 Firefox Add-ons that I have come across recently, are really helpful for anyone that is starting out either in web development, or SEO.
The first add on, is Firebug 1.5.4 which helps you to edit, debug, and manage CSS, HTML and Javascript on live web pages.
This add-on allows you to view the edits you have made to your web page, within your browser, before uploading them or making them go live.
Another add-on, is SEO & Website Analysis 0.2 by Woorank. When you are conducting an SEO audit for a new client’s website, just type the web url into the browser bar and click on the Woorank icon in the right-bottom corner of the screen. Within 1 minute, Woorank will pop out a SEO report for that website including most of the basics that SEO’s look for.
Hours of work, done for you in 1 minute!
1. To get these add-ons, first make sure that you are in the FireFox browser.
2. Then go to “Tools” in the menu and click on “Add-ons”.

3. On the next page that you are taken to, select the category “web development”.

4. Next, select the Firebug and Woorank add-ons respectively and “add to Firefox”!

5. Lastly, will need to restart your Firefox so that the updates may be installed completely.
Just some nice tools to make your projects a little easier!
